Imagine this: Two in the morning and you wake up to hear drip, drip, drip. The sink is leaking. The vanity is coming apart and the vinyl flooring is peeling up.

Or how about this: The weather service told us this hurricane was going to be a big one. They weren’t kidding. You have a new sunlight over your Master Bedroom where a tree limb poked through. The carpet is soaked and the wallpaper is peeling at the bottom.

This could happen: Thanksgiving dinner is in the oven. You hear your five year old yelling. Flushed too much paper and now the toilet is overflowing. There’s water spreading into the Hall and wicking up the wall to the adjacent Bedroom Closet.
